The World Food Summit – Better Food for More People 2018 will take place on 30-31 August 2018 at Bella Center Copenhagen and the National Parliament.
The World Food Summit – Better Food for More People is the central forum for discussing food challenges of global relevance. It is here that actions can evolve and take place, for it is here that International political decision-makers, leaders of industry, experts, students and gastronomy frontrunners meet to develop partnerships and solutions that can be turned into international, national and local action.

12.00-14.00: Lunch and networking with other conference participants
14.00-16.00: Key-note presentations (live-stream from the National Parliament)
16.45-17.30: Panel discussion with international guests from World Food Summit – Better Food for More People and Q&A with panelists.
17.30-18.30: Planned visit to the innovative food exhibition Bite Copenhagen
*18.30-21.00: Networking and dinner event with participants from Bella Center Copenhagen and the National Paliament, Bite Copenhagen exhibitors and invited guests.
The global community has agreed to focus on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. These goals are an intrinsic part of the sustainable growth that is so very important for billions of people around the world. Achieving the goals involves all nations: and with its focus on better food for more people, the World Food Summit aims to push forward the agenda on sustainable development and healthy living.
Friday the 31st of August 2018 numerous sessions are organized by Danish and international actors. The programme is published in February 2018 and the registration for the sessions will be opened simultaneously.
On 30th of August 2017, the key-note presentations at the National Parliament will be live-streamed to plenum sessions at Bella Center.
