“We are very excited to take part in Bite Copenhagen. Bite Copenhagen is the only food fair in Northern Europe with a supreme aspiration for high quality products and participants - which at the same time presents itself in a fresh and stylish way. That is of extreme importance, as a new generation of gourmets is rising.”

Well visited

The proportions of the traveling German exhibition are staggering with up to 75.000 visitors at each exhibition. When Handmade in Germany tours the globe in cities such as New York, Beijing, and Moscow, the world listens.

The same is true when the Bite Copenhagen for the third consecutive year, focuses on sustainable and visionary food solutions and makes Scandinavia a gastronomic epicenter, which attracts professionals from all over the world.

Products range from Monkey Gin with secret herbs from The Black Forest in South Western Germany to socially responsible food from conflict zones such as Afghanistan and Palestine.

Pascal Johanssen proceeds:

“The new German cuisine is in a state of high-altitude flight right now. Here, high quality products by organic farmers and manufacturers meet young, radical concept restaurants, mostly in Berlin. The local, honest and product-centered avantgarde cuisine is pioneering in many ways - and an extremely important entry for the culinaric landscape of Germany.
