How do we teach the next generation to act responsible and sustainable?
Learn about the 'Sustainability Academy', which teaches school classes about sustainable food production through theory and practical exercises.
Visit Bite Copenhagen and listen to keynote Marie-Louise Risgaard from Skæroft, telling her how she captivates the students and communicates a complex subject as she takes the students out of the classroom and straight to the field and in the farm's old baking house to focus on biology and sustainability. While you listen remember to try some of the delicious samples from Skærtoft.
The project is organized in a partnership between the three organic companies 'Steensgaard' in Funen, 'Skæroft' and 'Naturmælk' from Southern Jutland as well as the Organic Association and Food Culture with support from the Promillefonds Foundation.
When: Friday 31st of August 2018, 11.45 - 12.15
